Allergy and Asthma Certified Friendly Products Website

I was at the doctors office the other day, at 7 months pregnant, and with two other children I feel sometimes like it's my home away from home! Anyway, in the waiting room they have lots of great magazines to keep you occupied while you wait. While I was perusing one, can't remember which one at the moment, I came across an article that talked about a website that certified products as allergy and asthma friendly. Curious, I had to check them out and this is what I found:
The asthma & allergy friendly™ Certification Program helps consumers identify products that have been proven more suitable for people with asthma and related allergic sensitivities.

Certified products have been found to meet or exceed the independant asthma & allergy friendly™ Certification Standards. In addition, all of the products' allergen claims have been reviewed and found to be accurate and clear for consumers to understand and the products can be identified by the presence of the destictive Certification Mark on the packaging and promotional materials. Where applicable, the products also include clear, concise care instructions outlining how to maintaing the items in a reduced allergen state.

So, if you are in the market for some allergy and asthma friendly products like air filters and purification systems, cleaning supplies, toys, etc. Check them out they have a lot of great information and can tell you about products they have tested. You can visit their website here.

  1. You have a great blog. We support anything that helps people with Asthma or allergies. We started a business selling all natural Soy wax candles because they are the only thing we can burn in our house. We figured other people might share the same restriction so we started to cater to people with asthma and it has been very successful. We sale soy candles and other natural products. Any way good luck with your kids.
