Anaphylaxis and Your Epi Pen Training Video

Recently, we signed my son up for allergy shots to, hopefully, get some relief from some of his environmental and seasonal allergies. When we talked to our allergist about the shots, she prescribed an epipen the rare case he would have an anaphlactic reaction after he would leave the office. The nurses there gave a great demonstration on how to use it, but if your new to using an epipen or would like to train other family members or caregivers on how to use one check out this great video from the Allergy and Asthma Clinic of Georgia. It's about five minutes long but covers the signs and symptoms of anaphlaxis and what to do if you or someone you are caring for has a life-threatening reaction. One of my most fervent prayers is that I never have to use this information in real life, I pray the same for you!
